Basically Pakistan is testing the WZ-10 in operations against militants and US has cleared the Zulu gunships which Pakistan has been perusing for sometime and thus becoming first foreign country to receive the AH-1Z.
With two systems at it's disposal, why would PA add further systems and possibly create a logistic scenario.
