Officer beats man, his sister after accident

UAC ko chorain, bhai 6-1 ko abhi ye nahi pata k uniform personnel ko manhandle karnay pe kya shik lagti hai. Sure, the uniform will be in double trouble once the fight is over, but then there's a reason you cant throw stones on a uniform or else pori duniya mai phanti he lagti rahy Police ko.
as long as that act is carried out in defence to the acts of Government servant exercising official powers.....itni se baat hai pta nhn kiya masla bnaya hoa hai

lol...twitter trial ka tu pata nh, pr Maj Mohsin saab dono taraf say L zaror lag gaye hain. Fauj nay tu sada charge laga k 'unable to handle a situation' side per kar dyna hai, per iskay course mates k tanay nahi jenay daingy isay.

Woh toh pakka hai sir, Maj sahib ab MBA shuru kar dain gay apni retirement kay intezar main. Unn kay career ka toh janaza aaj unn ki gari kay sath nikal gaya.

Sir uniform ab awam light lena shuru hogai hai. With everyone blaming the major, I would like to make it a point that a scuffle never ensues due to the actions of one man. Undoubtedly, the motorcyclist must have also done something to provoke the major, but since he's not in uniform, he's not bound by laws and discipline.

aik na aik tou harna hai sir g, its more like whether I can put up with a fight or not...Allahdulliah am sure disappoint nhn karon ga :),

Yaar ab agar tujhe education ka officer mil gay toh teri qismat, mil gaya koi armour ya topkhanay ka sir phira sa officer jis nay do teen talib sirf apna helmet maar maar kay khatam kiye hongay toh phir bara sakht masla ban jaye ga. :p:

Yehe baat tu bhai apko samjh nahi arhe k PPC or MPML mai kya farak hai. Dont worry, once you'll fulfill your dilly desire of manhandling uniform, MPML ache terha rat jayege apko :)

Let's see what Sir Raheel has to say, i beleive officer should not be kham kha sacrificed just because two idiots tweeted a fake news.

lol...waisay don surtoon mai janab ko thund zaror per jayge, aik mai officer ki taraf say dosri mai kanoon ki kitaab ki taraf say.

Like I said, no one's claiming high moral ground. Show me a proof if you really have one, where an American general took over the government by force, suspended the constitution, pulled judges out of the courts from their hair and executed his enemies through their military power. That doesn't happen here.
So whoever tried to compare this threads situation with the US military, was at the least smoking stuff he shouldn't be smoking. I am just putting things in perspective. Can't drag the US everywhere.

You should open up a new thread on this and I'd love to debate. But here, answer to the bold part:

1) You don't have to be an American or Indian or Turkish to know basic common sense and human freedom. Via force, executing your enemies because you have the military backing you up, taking over a country's entire political system via force, suspending the constitution, supreme courts and all, and TREASON. I don't have to belong to any race or nationality to know these basic things.

2) If democracy is shiit word to you, a General is a fuckking servant of the elected premier, (President or Prime Minister, whatever model countries follow). When the Premier says "put your hat and badge on the table please", the answer is "YES SIR" and a SALUTE. Not a fukking bloody coupe. No wonder you are 4 decades behind economically, as no one would do business with dictators and you'd conveniently blamel dictators fukkups on Civlian government as to how they are not performing. Never mentioning that the generals have destroyed the entire system that is slowly getting fixed.
Its amazing to see how a 500K military overwrites the rights and welfare of 200 MILLION people!!!

3) The same politicians you'd like to see "hanged to death" are paying for the BMW's your generals get to sit inside. The SAME politicians are paying Royal-ish lifestyle for your generals daily life. And the same politicians are paying your military's salaries.
If you didn't have this current government, you would be bankrupt two years ago, without being able to buy flying KITES, let alone Jets, Frigates and Sub's in BULK. So please offer "Thanks" to the civilians you'd like to see hanged. Anyone breaking the constitution should be hanged and if this happens again, a General would actually go for an example to be set.
No Army of 500k need to hi-jack a better and brighter future of 200 million people under the cover of "loyalty" "patriotism" and "security". The military should do their JOB and let Civilians make policies and grow the country, military can't grow trees properly, let alone worrying about feeding 200 million people!!!
Hi,
when was the last time you ever visited Pakistan??
Now a white American will tell me what is better for my country?

Bhai sb, apka matlab hai k goray ka kutta tommy per sada kutta kutta? Uniform, as strict there are regulation against its misuse, similar regulations are against its disgrace.
 bhai sab, that is for Internal misconduct and behavior, that applies when you are investigating the matter internally for misconduct or when the acts are carried out in official capacity.....
here the case is totally different......I have asked you time and again, the Major was going home, he was not on Official business ----so his acts were in private capacity......
lets see......whatever the outcome.....

lol...waisay don surtoon mai janab ko thund zaror per jayge, aik mai officer ki taraf say dosri mai kanoon ki kitaab ki taraf say.
waisy phanti tou tag lagay gi jb fauji sab ko adalat ke chakar laganay parein ge.....agar meine case kardia tou ---- aap ke baray baray Afsar court kacheri ke rooz chakar lga rahe hote hain :D

Having known Mohsin since he was 13 years old, let me just say a couple of things about him. He is not a "molvi type" banda as someone mentioned in his comments. Just a moderate religious guy. But what is definitely NOT is an aggressive person. The bs story of him beating those people is as far fetched as you can imagine. In fact Mohsin is one of the most coherent, articulate and logical persons i have ever known. He is who you can actually call a "gentleman"

Guess what, the bike hit his car from behind. He did not threaten the bike driver to pay up or fix the damages, he actually waited for the cops to show up. He could have just driven off when things got heated but he DID NOT. When the mob got active, his vehicle got pummeled by the mob (stones and bricks breaking the windows) and he could very well have been injured or killed, but he DID NOT run over people in fear for his life but waited for the police to show up.

I'm his friend and i guess some may say i'm biased in his favor, but some one must let you guys know the kind of person he is before you make up your mind.

Tujhay bhai agar aik sada si baat samjh he nahi arhe tu tray 6 feet 1 inch qad ka kya faida mujhy?

Alam Channa k bicharya hoye bhai, one cannot wear uniform at any time as per his wish or whenever he wants to, but when he does, as did the Maj Saab while going home or for that matter if someone is wearing a uniform even if he is going to a photoshop for his ID Card pic, and is attacked, it would be considered as an attack on a uniformed personnel and thus a crime and would be dealt with accordingly, as being proved by the arrest of 5 x people by police, involved in this incident.

Alternatively, military officers and soldier of tri services are authorized to keep 2 x weapons (pistols) without license which can be used when required for self defence. Moreover, in these days when terrorism is all round us, uniforms are also authorized to carry SERVICE weapons if they want to. Ab wo weapon sarkar (bolay tu Govt of Pakistan) nay sajanay kliye authorize nahi kiye. The officer could very well have used it if he had one or if he wanted to and always call it a self defence for he was being attacked while inside the car as shown by the pics you posted and the story which is being circulated, which even a 6-1 like you can do provided he had brains where it belonged.

End of debate!

It's called 'road rage' which is pretty common around the world especially South Asia.

However, this atrocity by a Pak Army officer, sucks to hell and high heaven, especially assaulting a woman! This guy needs to be hauled over the coals for his despicable conduct. But then there are black sheep everywhere!
its not about being black sheeps
if there is any truth in the news then
he is simply a disgrace. he needs serious punishment for disgracing his uniform and the institution.
deserving both civil and military punishment.

aap ko faida pounchana bhi nhn hai, and as far as my brain is concerned then it is for faujis it is said that their brains are in their knees --- takkhaa......
and PPC gives right to the Private citizen to act in his defense --- so no offense done, as i have quoted above.....
as far as carrying 2 weapons is concerned I am very well aware of that, helped some few of faujis buy pistol on that ---- and talking about firing that weapon then i am a witness to a Lt trying to fire an out of battery Pistol ---- yep that is professional;ism of a Leader, leading a GSF team :)
end of debate....lets wait for the verdict ----

@Irfan Baloch...why is he a disgrace? I don't understand how can you actually just type this. He did not commit any crime. He did not beat anybody. For crying out loud, of all those 100 or 200 people who witnessed this, not one of them took a picture from his mobile showing Mohsin "disgracing his uniform"??? This is my first day on this site and u have attained the rank of a General, for goodness show some common sense before you give your verdict.

what counts here is the what the people actually saw
not what you feel about the guy
or what someone told me about the guy what he did and I am upset now
if multiple people actually saw him beating the 2 bike riders then he is in trouble and him being generally nice doesn't count

what I would really like to know is if the people just made up the story just because bike struck the car and obviously its passengers received most injuries and when people gathered they saw the agitated officer (no one will be smiling after an accident) and crying girl and his injured brother and might have decided (assumed ) that the heartless officer must have beaten them up as well in addition to their accident injuries

welcome on forum sir, and it is good to hear that from you, I surely had the doubts about the story when heard about it last night......All I had argued about is the independent and transparent inquiry of the incident, It is not just about Major sb, but it is about whole institution as Media will have field day with defamation....
if anything happens to the family in question tat this point han we all know where all the fingers will be pointed......

Agreed...we have got to believe what people saw cuz they can't all have suffered from hallucinations. That's why i said someone must have some proof..video or pictures. That's all i want from senior members like yourself to wait for. Apparently there are pictures and they show him sitting in the car. His uniform is intact. There are not torn buttons, not marks on his shirt, nothing ruffled, not the picture of a guys who has been in a fight with anyone!!

So basically you are saying that everybody on the road except the officer was a retard and had some personal issues with him. For no good reason they just went bezerk and the poor guy locked himself in the car in order to protect himself from a mob composed of lunatics and mentally ill people. Good.

what I would really like to know is if the people just made up the story just because bike struck the car and obviously its passengers received most injuries and when people gathered they saw the agitated officer (no one will be smiling after an accident) and crying girl and his injured brother and might have decided (assumed ) that the heartless officer must have beaten them up as well in addition to their accident injuries
Irfan, please give little respect to ordinary Pakistanis. Almost all of us at one point of time have either been in a similar situation or witnessed one. People do not go crazy just like that nor do they make up stories as if they have nothing better to do with their busy lives. Was this a one of a kind accident? Hundreds of similar accidents happen literally everyday but how many times do we get to hear that a driver (uniformed or not) had to lock himself into the car to avoid the enraged mob?

the accused is not someone random.
the story suggests he was in uniform

IF

he done what is alleged then yes he has brought his institution in disrepute and this is a disgrace.

there is no other way of sugar coating it no matter how much you love the guy
