Officer beats man, his sister after accident

That post deserves a negative rating. I urge you to revise.
I was going to do that already, and not just that post but others too.....and not because of rating but personal satisfaction

so the person was on official business? is that correct?
Sir 6-1, please dig out your brain from where it has been buried and tell me what would an NYPD cop do while traveling home in uniform if he is manhandled irrespective of what 'wrong' the cop has done?

Did you forgot what your soldiers did in iraq ? Rape and killed an innocent family ? Don't claim high moral ground

No one's claiming a higher moral ground. Combat issues are combat issues. I am talking about peacetime daily life. If you ask the Indians, they'll tell you how many rapes and killings the PA did too. That's not the topic.

What we are discussing is the peacetime tenure of officers. Someone on here, decided to compare the professionalism with the US army. Which isn't even a comparison. I then explained that our military doesn't operate out of power trip in front of our own citizens, our generals don't use military powers to pick people up and make them disappear or take over the capital and suspend the government, the constitution, law and order and the justice system.

Our Soldiers also raped and killed in East Pakistan (Bangladesh)

Allegedly, based on very feeble testimony and numbers that have been repeatedly proven to be false and exaggerated by observers and academics.

So apparently Maj moshin is a maulvi type person or so in the picture atleast. Most of the times the idiot drivers turn out to be molvies. A point to ponder.

Ha typical, every evil in your society is caused by the US. Whether a dictator was supported by the US or not, is a different story. Why that Dictator came into being to begin with? What gave a military general so much power that he literally suspended the justice system the constitution, the democratically elected government??? This is treason. People like these should be hanged. And NONE of these people, had a good ending if you see the history. Short lived or life became a total hell after they finished up their power trip. Go ask Mushy how he feels these days!
Hi,
What would an American like you know of Pakistani Politics ? for that you would have to be Pakistani and see it from common Pakistani perspective. Democracy a nice little shit word that doesnt work so well with our nation where the parliament members are feudal lords having enormous power.

And the same judiciary ex chief is receiving special privileges from government, while the current judiciary is preventing the execution of terrorists

For me i shall see all the politicians hanged to death, what works in West doesn't necessarily means its universal and it will work here. Where most of our population is located in village and with literacy rate so low, this system is a complete disaster.

Like i said this is not to be discussed here in this particular thread

....man some of these officers think they are above the law.....
They do not think, they know they are above the law. Somebody remembers Captain Hammad, the officer who was accused of raping Dr. Shazia in Dera Bugti; Musharraf personally intervened and nobody knows what happened afterwards. That fiasco led to the revolt by the Bugti tribes and Sardar Bugti allegedly got killed by the Army that eventually led to Baloch uprising we are still facing.

Because your Police is enough to do that. Multiple cases of police brutality that are coming into limelight proves that if americans behaved in peacetime such that, then what will they do if they are facing multiple insurgencies like Pakistan does.

Taxi driver reveals ordeal after being 'beaten around the face by U.S. Marine over split cab fare' | Daily Mail Online

This is one of many my friend, Like some one said, don't claim high moral ground here.

i though we were talking about Pakistani Law here bhai sb?
and as I said before, the matter need to be investigated under civil law, and WHOEVER is at fault should be punished ----

Sir kiyon marwain gay bachay koh, kabhi koi UAC wala field type officer takkar gaya toh phir sab humain hi kahen gay kay officer nay aik civilian koh peet diya jab kay ussay bas khud chappairian kha kay chaltay banna chahiye tha.
lol...twitter trial ka tu pata nh, pr Maj Mohsin saab dono taraf say L zaror lag gaye hain. Fauj nay tu sada charge laga k 'unable to handle a situation' side per kar dyna hai, per iskay course mates k tanay nahi jenay daingy isay.

UAC ko chorain, bhai 6-1 ko abhi ye nahi pata k uniform personnel ko manhandle karnay pe kya shik lagti hai. Sure, the uniform will be in double trouble once the fight is over, but then there's a reason you cant throw stones on a uniform or else pori duniya mai phanti he lagti rahy Police ko.

aik na aik tou harna hai sir g, its more like whether I can put up with a fight or not...Allahdulliah am sure disappoint nhn karon ga :),

Like I said, no one's claiming high moral ground. Show me a proof if you really have one, where an American general took over the government by force, suspended the constitution, pulled judges out of the courts from their hair and executed his enemies through their military power. That doesn't happen here.
So whoever tried to compare this threads situation with the US military, was at the least smoking stuff he shouldn't be smoking. I am just putting things in perspective. Can't drag the US everywhere.

Bhai sb, apka matlab hai k goray ka kutta tommy per sada kutta kutta? Uniform, as strict there are regulation against its misuse, similar regulations are against its disgrace.
