One observation. I've never seen ISI Chief on 23rd March event. Once Kiyani was with Gen Musharaf but that moment when Musharaf removed his uniform and Kiyani became COAS. Any reason why each and every single Chief and head of other departments of Defence participated but neva saw ISI Chief on 23rd March Event ?

Because the ISI is not a part of the Armed Forces. It is not a defence service.

PM is also has nothing to do with Defence forces just president is (supreme commander of Armed forces).

PS: ISI is part of the military its Military intelligence Branch not Civilian Intelligence branch.

CIA, ISI, RAW, Mi all are considered (1st line of defence).

1. The Prime Minister is the Constitutional Head of the Government and his grade supersedes even that of the COAS whereas the DG ISI is a grade below the COAS.
2. MI is a completely different organization mere bhai.
3. ISI is not CIA, RAW or MI6.

Sir good explanation by the what's your opinion in AK-12 ?

ISI is an intelligence organisation, so it has to remain in the background always.

You will never see the DG ISI in uniform, although he is a serving general.
ISI officers also do not wear uniforms and this is the reason, that even if they are present, they are not "visible" to others.

a completely wrong observation, ISI is independent of Directorate of Military Intelligence , not its Branch or extension or wing.....
as said above its not Armed Force but same as other Services, operates under the umbrella of MoD....... tasked with External intelligence.....DMI is completely different....
BTW these days all organizations from Nescom to Suparco to AWC have established their own Intelligence Wings independent of ISI or MI, and Field staff is mostly civilians

My opinion in what respect? You will have to be a little more specific.
Overall about the Gun and its features and How good it is when compared to other Guns of same category ?

but Sir, don't you think that it has fairly become easier to spot an officer / operator on duty these days especially on airports, one with bit of common sense can easily spot them
