NSG EXPANSION: A SURPRISING TWIST

Whoever said international law was fair?

But the fact remains, countries like India and North Korea are outside the NPT which means according to international law their nuclear weapons are illegal.

The only nuclear weapons powers that are recognized as legitmate are the UNSC P5. Who have all tested hydrogen bomb tech and ICBM tech (neither of which India has).

And the Irony is that P5 can't do a jack about our Nuclear weapons, yet give us wavier dealing civilian nuclear techs. LOL :p:

Get some correct facts kid. India has both Thermo Nuclear Bomb and ICBM, which world are you living ??? If you still have doubts check with Major General Du Wenlong. I guess he can better enlighten you. And don't be so carried away about UNSC and P5 a good crisis like WW-I or II is more than enough to take UN to the gutter just like League of Nations, and I guess your pet NK is more than enough to instigate one. LOL :p:

.
NSG for what? Now it has become irrelevant. Although in the mean time, you will have to admit us:D.

Yeah last time there was an NSG meeting, all the Indian members were boasting that China would have to let India get membership.

What happened? :P

The same thing in Donglang, India unilaterally retreats. :enjoy:

.
Indian lies again. India was never in a position to grant or deny permanent membership to China.

China became a permanent member of the UNSC in 1945, and the seat belongs to a country, not a government. It can pass from government to government as long as the country is the same, such as:

Republic of China -> People's Republic of China

Soviet Union -> Russian Federation

It can't move to another country, according to the UNSC charter, 5 countries are permanent members. It can only move from government to government.

Then why PRC had to reapply 21 times repeatedly ???? Can you give a genuine answer to that ?? :p:

Because of the powers who actually matter, i.e. the veto powers in the UNSC.

India never mattered. India didn't even exist in 1945. :P

Yeah, and China completed building the road there.:rofl::rofl:

So much for unilateral withdrawal. :haha::haha::haha:

Yeah, great power indeed, who's application for reentry was rejected a good 20 times. :enjoy:

You still didn't get over the burn of Doklam? Come on Chine it's gone, no roads. Let that go on in another thread. Talk to the topic.

We need to get a formalized membership in NSG for our future exports of Nuclear materials. Although we can get the fuel and reactors, we cannot export Nuclear fuel. That's our sole aim in being there. But China wants to score brawny points on Pakistan:D who goes running behind India, wherever India goes, we want that too. That's their motto.

India officially considers Donglang to be Bhutan's territory, protected by mutual defence treaty.

Yet India unilaterally retreated with their tail between their legs, and the road is still being built.

So you lost Donglang, and no NSG or UNSC seat either. And your economic growth is collapsing. Incredible India. :enjoy:

:blah:Your burn duly noted. Now please comment on the answer. next time please cry in the Doklam threads which is available in plenty.

OK we can talk about that in the Donglang threads.

As for the NSG seat, can you explain why you think that China will allow India to have an NSG seat, let alone a UNSC seat?

NSG for what? Now it has become irrelevant. Although in the mean time, you will have to admit us:D.

After being vetoed twice already. :P

.
As for the NSG seat, can you explain why you think that China will allow India to have an NSG seat, let alone a UNSC seat?

Simply because you will become the only country that will block India. And that will draw some attention. And India, will negotiate some terms for NSG membership. After things settle down.

As for UNSC, I don't think it's necessary right now. As there is not much advantage for India being in it right now. Only being a developing country. We need more economic and political clout before getting into UNSC.

True, India unilaterally retreated because we became bored due to two months of nonstop brags and yet no action from China, be it about shaking mountains or playing with fire. LOL, Seriously it was really a big bore.:rofl::rofl:

.
Why do we need nsg again? We are importing everything via loopholes iirc

Yet we still want it to show that only a single NSG member is against India when all others accept our membership application. This in itself will be a moral victory, ain't it ??? :azn::azn::azn:

. .
You are right, it was ridiculous, and China won't make the same mistake again. Which is why we are using our veto this time, for the NSG and the UNSC seats.

You are confusing a decision to stop where we are with a failure to achieve objectives. Our threat - our nuclear threat, in those days - was China. There was, and is, no reason to build thermonuclear devices as a deterrent to China, and that is why we have well-functioning IRBMs. That is all we need.

Indian lies again. India was never in a position to grant or deny permanent membership to China.

@Chinese-Dragon

Please watch your wording.

An individual member made a claim; say what you like about that claim, please leave India out of it.
