No actually you don't, unless you classify Hurryat as terrorists & offenders and detain them , they are as free to meet anyone as you are or any of your minister is, freedom of movement & speech is their fundamental right .... if you stop them from it then it is further strengthening our agenda that Kashmir is an occupied land where people are unable to even meet someone without the express permission of Indian gov... either way it is win win for us. however you can try, it is not that you have not tried before, the more you resist the more this issue will be highlighted in the world media ... something we really don't mind., nor does the Kashmiris.
