NS is tapping my phone calls and IB is after me - Moaeed Peerzada

Yes, that is "attempted justification of illegal meddling by the Army" by definition. Please read what you wrote once again. All it proves is that the Army intentionally destroys the political process and then steps in as the acclaimed savior.

Even if you do not accept that reality, the dire situation that Pakistan finds itself in these days is ample proof that I am correct here. Further, if the Army does not change direction, the whole enterprise will sink, undoubtedly.

where was the acclaimed political process when Ghulam Muhammad became Governar general ????
where was acclaimed political process when Iskandar Mirza became Governar general .... ???

Why are you ignoring the root cause want to give a clean chit to civilians ..... If we the civilians want a true democracy then we must have to accept the shortcomings of politicians ....

we could have stayed neutral...bachey tu nae thay na humaray Generals! they should have thought about the future of Pakistan at large and that what impact it might have for the next generations in Pakisatan? but No the greedy and selfish generals thought of their personal interests only!:disagree:

No .... 'great game' .... either you participate or vanish ....

secondly I personally believe our strategy was right but we commit some tactical mistakes.... its another issue will discuss in any other thread....

Democracy is weak because the Army has interrupted the process at regular interval to ensure that proper processes do not develop. It creates puppets for its own use and does not care about other aspects. NS is Gen Zia's creation. The next embryo is IK.

Nice attempt to avoid the question with a claim that the "people love the Army". This claim is increasingly hollow, and it is only a matter of time this facade fails too. Talk to the people and you will see.
well mostly love army ... theere are few physcos and then few talibs... see the approval rating of army in recent survey by gallup

now regarding that first post ... when u dnt let the army chief land in his own country .. the whole army reacted ..he didnt ordered for martial law ...

Now as i know u are NS supporter .. he is illigtimate child of army it doesnt mean everone is ... I dnt know why r u against him so much .. just bcoz non leage says they have support of ISI?? is there any evidence .. or any major incident where u have seen a support? or is it just sick idea in ur mind ...

I am not giving a clean chit to anyone. There are enough blunders to blame just about everyone. But those with the most authority and power and impunity must also bear the majority of the blame.

The mistakes, that you now accept were made, were hugely important strategic mistakes, not merely tactical.

The "few" psychos and talibs have killed over 5,000 soldiers, 50,000 civilians and have widespread support among the deprived strata of society. They are on a path of steadily increasing influence, undoubtedly, given the gross incompetence in dealing with them.

The same Army that illegally deposed a Prime Minister while he was on a foreign tour got upset when an elected Prime Minister tried to exercise his lawful authority in appointing a COAS? That is classically but unfortunately a totally expected hypocritical and rich response!

Who is sick in the mind is quite evident, and it is not me.

Will you not agree that those with the most authority and power and impunity must also bear the majority of the blame?

Okay, can we apply the same analogy when we blame "foreign forces" for all the ills within Pakistan? :D

Yes, but why do we soak our firewood with kerosene and then hand the matches to others?
