Is it?? I mean in Delhi, its available in every single meat shop. Specially the higher end ones like Morning store, Star Bazaar, Le Marche etc etc..

Beef, yes.. But never heard of Pork being called a taboo food ...

Its probably a new "fashion" Have you heard of any pork based North Indian dish/curry? I haven't.

.
Nawabi Murgh Laveeza

Boneless chicken tandoori & mince lamb cooked with ginger, garlic & traditional spices creating an authentic flavour, garnished with crispy fried onions.

Talking out of their ***. I'll bring you to the bazaar in my city and he will beat any of these desi places hands down. And he will be cheaper, although the look of the place will not be so pleasing to the eye.

I been to Brick Lane Curry House in NY. My Indian friends from school were talking so much ****, but when it came to the real deal they all chickened out. This is the hottest curry in the world, supposedly and I devoured it with 5 rohtis and a 2 cokes.

Been there done that. Though I had some difficulty finishing it, my telugu friends did that as if was "all in a day's work" for them. Those guys are scary.

You are right.. Its not part of traditional Mughalai cuisine. And that is for obvious reasons as that cuisine was introduced by Mughals for whom Pork was a big NO NO. But lately, with advent of international culinary habits proliferating in urban India, Continental and Chinese dishes have a host of pork options..

I was breathing fire like a dragon afterwards. I didn't even finish my cigarette afterwards.

Pakistani food is quite different from Indian food. We have food like:

Polao (Chicken/Beef)
Peshawari Chapal Kebab
Shami Kebab
Sindhi Biryani
Mutton Kharahi
Beef Karhai
Chicken Kharhai
Chicken Kafraizi
Chicken Tikka
Chicken Shislik
Lahori Fish
Bataray (from Gujranawala)
Murgh Musallam
Keema mirchay
Koftay
Sajji
Lamb Chops
Kata Kat
Nihari
Passanday
Cholay
Maash ki daal
Kali daal
Rajma
Keemay walay naan
Mooli ka paratha
Aloo ka Paratha
Maakai ki roti
Hunter Beef
Pokaora

Note here that most of the stuff is meat based.

Yara.. you would be surprised (perhaps) to know that all of these dishes (+ another, may be, 10,000 dishes from all corners of India) are available in India too..

P.S. A jib almost came to the tip of my tongue, but stopped it somehow..)

Breathing fire is manageable, but I can't deal with my as* being on fire the next morning. So I guess i will never be trying that curry.

Dude that level of spice leads me to believe that humans love to endure pain, as afterwards endorphins are released from the brain. It was like punishment that I wanted no matter how much I hated it. Somebody needs to write a thesis on this if it hasn't been done already.

It's copeable with a couple of jugs of lussi afterwards.

Notice the word jugs, rather than glasses.
