What's new

Now India and pakistan have started a food fight

Surprisingly, I like the coconut milk. It gives the shorbaa a nice and thick texture.

Shorbaa is Pakistani word but it means gravy.

Nah..its not my taste...I am for spicy hot stuff...No item that gives a sweetening effect must there in the gravey for me.

Instead of the coconut milk, some in our place add the blood mixed with spice for the thickening effect...others go for the conventional onion-garlic-ginger-spices mix for the same.

For a Punjabi I love spicy food, and even amongst the Indians at NYU, I'm known as a maniac.
