China has 14 neighbors,most of them have very good relationship with China,out of those 14 countries,only 2 countries have troubles with China,India and Vietnam.all the countries all enjoy very good relations with China.

Wrong.

According to the most recent BBC Country Rating polls, China is viewed far more positively worldwide than BOTH the EU and the USA. And needless to say, all three are rated far above South Korea and India too.

In fact, China is the 5th most positively viewed nation in the entire global poll. Go check it yourself.
