USA has fought a couple of world wars for the British. British repaid the favor during the Cold War
Comparison between China-Russia and US-British relationship are laughable. I did not make the comparison

US didn't fight world wars for Britain. To say that is quite wrong and naive. The US and Britain actually have quite bad relations and ties prior to WWI , since the US still despise Britain for our colonial repression of America during our rule of America and subsequent war of independence they fought against us. Moreover Britain was still the world's superpower back then and the royal navy was the world's preeminent force like the US navy today, while the US was an isolationist country back then. So the US had no real lost love for Britain. You should research more about our troubled history with the US during the 18th and 19th century.
The US got involved in the war also for their own interests which were threatened by the Germans not because of any love for Britain . Lol. You should know that prior to WWI the US and its public were very isolationist and they favoured keeping out of European powers wars and imperialism. The US itself had suffered from it so they didn't want any part of that. However , the fact that Germans U-boats were targeting any merchants ships trading with Britain meant that mamy American merchant ships were sunk by the Germans leading to heavy lost of lives for the US. The gradually turned public opinion forbear and out US President Wilson under pressure ( he was firmly against getting involved in any war) to join the war against the axis.
Another crucial reason for US deciding to join the war was also the fact that in 1917 Germany was looking for additional allies, the German Foreign Minister, Arthur Zimmerman, sent a telegram to Mexico where he stated that in return for Mexico starting a war against the United States, Germany promised to pay all associated costs. The inflammatory telegram was intercepted by the British who, in turn, passed it to Washington. The telegram was released to the press and published. Doesn't matter how genuine the offer to Mexico was(I don't believe the Germans would have done honoured that to be honest) but the telegram had a pronounced effect on turning American public opinion against Germany this leading to war.
So it's very wrong to think the US got involved just because they wanted to die for us or because of some sort of ethnic ties lol

MOSCOW (AP) — Russian and Chinese bombers flew a joint patrol mission over the Western Pacific Tuesday in a show of increasingly close military ties between Moscow and Beijing.

The Russian military said that a pair of its Tu-95 strategic bombers and four Chinese H-6K bombers flew over the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea.

The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement that the joint mission was intended to “develop and deepen the comprehensive Russia-China partnership, further increase the level of cooperation between the two militaries, expand their ability for joint action and strengthen strategic stability.”
