Not possible , why would dassault put in massive investments in expansion just for a mere order of 36 jets.

Even if they do, it takes around 3 years to complete the expansion works at production facility.

Not just for the Indian order,but also Egypt+Qatari,and probably a future UAE order for ~60 Rafale. (The negociations are well advanced... and don't forget that the French Air Force has to order in the future another tranche of Rafale to replace its Mirage 2000 fleet...)
