KWSB, Sindh Education Department, all govt educational centres - colleges and universities have majority of Urdu speaking, mainly MQM followers, staff.

Are those departments performing any better than police? The core problem is corruption. MQM is equally corrupt. Not just corrupt, its thuggish too. So what if MQM leaders dont have corruption to the scale of Zardari or Nawaz? It lives and thrives in corruption infested environment and has not done a thing to improve the situation.

MQM 3 decade of divisive, regional & linguisitic politics has proved that doing this type of politics is easy but making things work is not. MQM and its followers are an embarrassing failure.

Unless SInd is freed from clutches of MQM and its partner in crime, PPP, its a downward spiral for Karachi and Sind.

Karachi today is a picture of neglect and a place where mafia thrives. This has all happened while MQM has been sweeping the local votes for past three decades. What does this tell you? Not that Karachi is powerless, it shows the people who take the power dont use it honestly. Shutting down the city is one thing, keep it open and make the city work quite another. Any department get progressed by policies and staff doesn't make policies ... Staff just act according to given policies ... And at this time each n every Pakistani is corrupt ... Even a shopkeeper is corrupt and a boy who works in his shop is also corrupt ...............

I don't know from where you got these percentages but whatever the percentage is, if you don't consider Punjabies settled in Sindh part of Sindh than on what basis you think that Urdu speakers should be considered part of Sindh?
