No Indian university figures in top 200 global list

He has too much preaponeurotic fat therefore he can't read your statements correctly. That's why his username is "fattyacids"

Making personal attack? LOL, you're fretting. You very well knew his comparison was skewed. Keep your Indian denial and delusion alive, it's your only saving grace :omghaha: :omghaha:

Primitive?

China produces atleast 10 times more Engineering and technology papers than India does, so technically its H-index should be atleast 10 times more than India's. But the reality is that Chinese H-index is just 189 compared to India's 137

China produced twice as many Engineering paper as America does, so one would expect Chinese H-index to be higher than America's if not double. But the reality is that Chinese H-index is about 1/4th the H-index of America.
No matter how you spin it, this doesn't look good, and says a lot about the majority of the research work that the Chinese are doing.

Heck China's cite per document is even lower than that of India:rofl: Basically Chines research is mass produced junk which no one even bothers to cite!

Another of your skewed comparison. The reason why you have more cite per document is because most of your research are done in collaboration with foreign institutions. You're riding on others back. And the number is staggering, it's almost 2 times that of china. Not surprising, H-index looks relatively good too. In essence, the chart is telling that India produces very little research on its own LOL. :omghaha:

Low output of indigenous Indian research is indeed confirmed by more technical ranking of university by Times Higher Education or World Academic Universities Ranking, which is complied by university professors using empirical data. Based on number of publication, citation, % of papers, and awards. Engineering department of Indian university fare even worse, NONE in top 50. Only 2 in top 100. If you go university ranking, Indian is ranked outside top 300. :laughcry:

Low IQ Indians still cant figure out that there is no correlation between the No. of papers produced and its H index... its like saying Toyota makings 1000 times more cars than Bugatti hence Toyota cars should to have relatively 1000 times better quality than Bugatti`lol

and most of Chinese research papers are done in Chinese only like 30% in English and international citations are mostly done with English paper, since your former master taught you English so it is way more convenient for indian papers to be cited.

and also, due to the unethical and cheating nature of Indians, most researches were done with others (of course like anything, others do the important parts and primitive Indians just tagged alone)

INDIA
Given that the number of patent examiners in India has remained relatively static, it does not take much of a mathematician to work out that during the last fiscal year examiners granted an average of well over 100 of the applications they reviewed. Of course, this raises significant questions about the quality of what is coming out of the Indian IP Office. At the end of 2008, it was announced that 414 new examiner posts would be created by 2012. But with application numbers growing rapidly (there were over 35,000 during 07/08), that still may not prove enough.
Quality is not the only issue that the new head of the IP Office, PH Kurian, will have to deal with. During 2008, questions were also raised about potentially unhealthily close relationships between some private practice attorneys and some office staff. In October, the Livemint website reported on allegations that patent examiners are employed by some firms to write applications, and that some senior officials at the office have instructed examiners not to reject applications from certain attorney firms.

As things stand, it does seem as if Indian companies are reluctant to embrace the patent system at home or abroad. According to research published in May, just 20 per cent of applications at the IP Office came from Indian entities, while very few Indian Organizations seek protection outside the country.
the bald part cannot be more detailed about Indians unethical yet primitive nature

lmao the mental gymnastics and quibbling is amusing. Another Chinese fella was saying that Chinese research get less cites cause of lower international collaboration and now you say its because only 30% of the Chinese research is done in English.

Mind telling me the names of the Chinese language Journals that SCOPUS publishes?

And even if we were to believe your argument, whats stopping the other Chinese researchers from citing the Chinese language papers?:azn:

ISB and IIM-A are the only Indian business schools featured on the FT rankings, as B-Schools which participate in the rankings must be internationally accredited and the management programme must have run for at least four consecutive years.

The annual MBA ranking, in its 15th edition saw Harvard Business School return to the top spot, after eight years. The survey ranks top 100 business schools from across the world, based on audited data from the B-schools and their alumni who graduated in 2009.

primitive India has much lower research output plus lower H index than China is a solid fact, no matter how you gonna spin things round, it cannot change the fact of your primitiveness and lack of comprehension skills
