Mate, statistics speak for themselves. You can try coat in whatever way you want but anyone can clearly see that per capita more people live in slums in Pakistan. Also this topic is about economy not slums.

And Since last decade we are in a state of war and we are still going through it. On the other hand India enjoyed comparatively peace full time which allowed Indian economy to thrive.
