I think if "Company" had policy of investing then its ok otherwise its wrong and the punishment is worthy based on military high standards

Civilian courts cannot match the LEVEL of high standards military courts set and its important we keep those standards high

Yes, since their crimes were committed during their service, they were tried in uniform. A provision for this action exists in the Armed Forces.

There is no capital Punishment for that in our legislature,that is very harsh at age of 60-65 you are just a Intermediate pass guy as he can't use degrees earned during Military service.
Also during another such case 6 men were given death penalty,they were young and in low ranks then him.
