Nigerian Air Force takes delivery for the first batch of Super Mushak

Same source shared the OP with images.

Sorry op with images ??? Not sure what u r referring too

I guess time will tell but supplying both customer is possible as first batch may be just few aircraft than the follow on batches may be spaced out, total order delivery spread out in multiple years but 16 plus 3 total 19 initial order may not require more than 2

PAC total capacity is 24 or 25 per year and assuming 16 or maybe less say 14 or 12 for paf rest can be diverted to foreign order per paf during one the airshow video from 2015

.
Will they not be tested at first at CAC similar to the JF-17 for Myanmar?

woow congrat, great work. "light attack equipped with Precision Guided Munitions and E/O Suite"
are they built specifically for only NAF? or some are upgraded for PAF too?

These are Pakistani made craft with no Chinese in put whatsoever, except the armament . They are license made heavily upgraded variants of old western plane

Not sure if You are familiar with the JF-17's history ... ??? But at least the story I know it was not an old Western plane.
Care to explain what You know ??

Super Mushak is an upgraded version of Saab Safari. They are licence built in Pakistan. We recently developed an armed version of the same plane with Chinese laser guided missiles and an EO turret.

Pardon, then there's a mixup; I spoke of the JF-17 ... I meant the alleged Kamra-build JF-17 "should" be a modified Western aircraft.

Sir respectfully, jf17 are Chinese products made in Pakistan with major research etc in China and are high tech , hence tested in China before delivery to.myanmar, where as the Super mushak is made completely minus engine and tiny other components , in Pakistan and is low tech and hence can easily be tested in Pakistan before delivery since it's an indigenous product

Excellent news, congratulations PAC. Hope to see JF17 in Nigerian colours soon, in sha Allah.

Depends on how much goes where and what. No disrespect but from what I heard was for the most part Chengdu had initially treated us more like a customer at a one product shop rather than a partner and were not comfortable with us messing around too much with the jet during the early days. They wanted all Chinese equipment because in principle the program was/is on soft loans from Chinese state bank and hence the push was from certain Chinese quarters to keep the equipment Chinese entirely.

That did not occur and while the response hasnt been to negate it; there has been a sense of not being totally cooperative during our attempts to introduce equipment from elsewhere.
In some cases it was justified and in many cases it was not.

So now a lot comes from different sources into the JF-17 and not the FC-1; something which I stress to differentiate the two products.

To put in perspective, the initial block-1 and spa aircraft were FC-1 and not to Jf-17 spec that was still being developed.
The jet now is quite different to what began. The shell may be similar but what comes out of Chengdu is wholly different to what is built/assembled in Pakistan
