The most stupid guy in Vietnam is Le Duan and Nguyen Tan Dung. Now they are no more.

No one was better than Le Duan in his time. In 80s, US hated and sanction VN, Deng also hate VN and rob VN's islands in 1974. Both US-CN supported Pol Pot to attack and kill VNese
