Newsthreads should have some sort of meaningful contribution by poster.

I've been seeing a number of threads being spammed by New users on the forum and by serial trolls. It's become more like a copy-paste-and dump and then abandon the thread to go do it again. I think if a poster wants to post an article, moderators must make sure that they add their own comments, which make up about a paragraph or two, which are meaningful and constructive to what they are posting.
