What firstly they did the grey color, and now they removed it.

They did not remove that paint. That will be a waste of time and money, apart from being needless.
They have added another coat of paint, a coat of primer. There will be more layers of paint before delivery. On a new-build, there can be upto 6-7 layers of paint on the bare metal, depending on the location.

Exactly ... It must be updated one. Construction of super structure taking place as per recent articles. As far as primer is concerned it must be of extra coating .

Good development . But I guess it's not the very latest but latest than last year pic

One of my friend who has some touch with electrical works in IAC 1 said it would be complete only in 2018.
.He also said if CSL want the contract of INS Vishal they should construct a new dock.Present facilities are inadequate and this for this IAC 1 they knocked down a building near the docks.
