New Political System for Pakistan

Mr radical idea for new Pakistanie political system would be that half of parlimentary seats should be given to the army and other half would be voted by the people. People voted party in power of course would be Prime minister and President. But this would allow the army in the political system and give a check and balance between the two extremes in Pakistan.

Apparently, the pakistani people will be located between the legs in this case! :welcome:

A people must be governed by their own laws drawn from their heritage, history, culture and social norms. A Muslim majority population would always find itself at cross, violated/suppressed if ruled by a system born in the West relying on values and ideas of Aristotle, Plato, Locke, Hobbs, Machiavelli, Karl Marx, etc, and being judged under the English Common Law.

A new, universal political system, without presidents, outside capitalism or communism.

The new life for Democracy: a multipolar self-balancing model of government of 5 independent political parties with the movable centre joint decisions would put an end to ideological enmity and consolidate society. The New Model of Government. Ideology FOR People.

Do you think Hybrid Parliamentarian system will work for Pakistan?

There will be check and balances in the system. In this government system President is elected based on popular vote. The president may be impeached and subsequently removed from office by a two-thirds majority vote of the parliament. President will have power to dissolve National Assembly, triggering new elections using Article 58 2(b). President and National Assembly majority will select a prime minister. President is responsible for National Security and foreign policies, and Prime Minister is responsibly for rest. Unpopular President can't be remove by impeachment process.

In this scenario, let's assume that Presidential candidate from National democratic party (NDP) is selected as the President of the country based on the popular vote, while Pakistan Labor Party (PLP) won 130 seats in NA, and Pakistan Republic Party (PPP) won 50 seats in NA and together form the majority in National assembly.
On the other hand, National democratic party (NDP) whose candidate won as the "President", was only able to win 35 seats in the national assembly.
President and National Assembly will select a prime Minister and most likely it will be from different parties.
Decentralization of power from Provinces to the Districts.
