New ‘Muslim-friendly’ nail polish a surprise hit

Funny how the people who have a problem with this are Indians who are 1) not Muslim and 2) not women. Yet they are jumping up and down like idiots.

I have a lot of faith based debates surprisingly with indienne and i do sometimes wonder about this phenomenon though I do not understand what these type of threads are doing in a premier defence forum :( , also brother though not going to be racial directly but its better to not debate extensively with indienne member as it got into a heated debate couple of threads ago and people get offended.

Yeah I saw how some Indians were getting mad at you in a different thread and started insulting Canada. :disagree:

However mon ami, we all have to respect each other and its better to be politically correct in today`s environment.

Ahhh that is very difficult for me though I do admire the enthusiasm that làsie members exhibit on this forum in terms of expressing themselves openly. however I always somewhat feel guilty to express myself.I dont know whenever I attempt to write something thats potentially border line politically incorrect, I just erase it. Must be the 13 years of canadienne politically correct education engrained into my brain heheh.

You raise a good point and essentially wudhu is to purify oneself before committing salatt so there could be areas that are not washed properly, however suffice to say my earlier point was regarding people now a days focussing on lengths of facial hairs, folds of pants(not joking seen some people at congregation do it) and other minor eccentrities and sometimes lose the real purpose of salah, which is to commit oneself to the divine laws, however I digress going off topic, btw merci @Talon, didn't know the connection between wudhu and salatt.

@liontk yes that is true but SOLAT is not just muttering some words...You have to show your dedication as well as your obedience level...

Exactly, if you have time read this article by DR.HUQ (great paper), its an interesting perspective and I am by no means propagrating islam so hopefully this link does not offend any forum members.
Various Aspects of Salaat for Social Transformation
To be honest for first 6 years of praying, it used to be a simple ritual that I had seen my gramps do and never understood the real purpose behind it and funny enough did not know what and why i was muttering those words :(

well... could be..
And british laws are not really helpful either... even twitter comments can invite lawsuit...
I wish there is one place or site where one can write whatever he/she wants... I wont mind being at receiving end if I am allowed to say what I want to..

Unlike americanne, here in Canada, there are alot of laws banning hate speech so we do not have tele-evangalist or the firebrand variants of clerics sprouting violence. It is a double edge sword essentially, how does inde government fare with respect to online communication.

Mate...
Here are the right words to use in English..
Indianne - Indian
pakistanese - pakistani
americanne - american
canadinnnnne - canadian

Indian authority do not police the internet, so nobody bothers about hate speech. But if it is against some big political personality or specific threat to a person, police might get involved.

hahah I know how to say it in `english`, using a bi-lingual keyboard makes it difficult to remember, though you have to admit I am getting better versed with english langue, my earlier posts were horrid compare to now(english is second langue here atleast) , getting offtopic though good to know indian governmentè support freedom of internet.

no they dont support... they tried to ban some sites but gave up in the end.. basically its apathy.. they simply dont bother whats going on..
There is too much hate speech in internet (Indian sites) .. but I would prefer it that way.. (more freedom than policing)

This is another classic situation where the canadian society differs with american as far as the jeffersonian arguement goes and you can clearly exhibit that freedom of speech in entirety gives society a rather poisonous environment, and that could very well be exhibited with US media such as fox news and you could draw a similar parallel to inde forums, though for the sake not going further offtopic, they are both valid arguement however histoire will prove, which is better as they say :)
