But in addition to that, you need excellent criminal justice system which prosecutes those who turn their freedom of speech to freedom of action.(and hurt others)

oh your really baiting me here, this topic has always intrigued me personally and somewhat divided canadienne especially the old days of Lower Canada vs Upper Canada as far as british common laws go, while i agree with you to certain extent on the freedom of speech, there has to be a borderline somewhere suffice to say. As far as the underground argument goes, there are still racist and cultist but for the sake of sanctity of society, we should not cover these topics openly in media or further give less attention to their view points, however even my arguement is a slipper slope one so who am i to judge.

However I must give you credit for taking the higher ground as far as accepting freedom of speech however sometimes some of the langue is hard to digest, I in my earlier days used to also visit inde+ americanne forums(i think i told this story before), sometimes it was difficult to discuss rationally as alot of people would do name calling which gets really emotional as you try to reason with them. I think in a particular instance of discussing a canadienne system vis a indienne system, someone called me a pig for no apparent reason.

It's true but that's cause halal is associated with ritual sacrafice with is one of the biggest sins in Sikhism. So the general populace will not consume or use anything that is halal.

I was at the halal pizza shop and a white guy came in and asked are you serving halal, owner said yes and the Guy said I dont eat Halal because the way animal was killed and left. I met one christian white canadian woman who said their family uses halal meat because its medically less harmful than the way they kill animal. Does it bother me if shikh dont eat halal meat.. No, does it make me happy that some christian family uses halal meat only... No
