Shoot! I'm going to disappoint you ...
- I wouldn't know about the phone as I never use one for PDF
- I'm not sure about what you mean by commenting on posts.

The latter is likely a restriction due to your low post count though.
It means that after 10 posts rights open up and some after 30 IIRC.

A couple more answers here to our own answers to your question
and you should be good to go. Hopefully, someone with better tips
will come along and prompt these.
