Yeah,looks to be an old c-801,probably the iranians getting rid of their old stocks,maybe these are some of the original very first chinese supplied examples.

No,you can tell by the fact that the cable duct is on the underside where the air intake would be,the jet powered versions have the cable duct mounted on the [left?] side to avoid this.

but the intake scoop drops below completely from the body the cable ducts can run all the way to the intake and run flush with the intake
