Haplogroup R has nothing to do with "Turkic peoples". It is native to the Middle East. Just like the haplogroup J is native to the Middle East, more precisely the Arab world.
Most Europeans, in particular Southern Europeans, are descendants (mainly) of Neolithic farmers from today's Arab world. Even the Indo-European tribes supposedly from Central Asia are originally from the Middle East. It was also in the Middle East where where the Caucasian race and "white skin color" emerged. Zoroastrianism is not a monotheistic religion and not even close to the oldest monotheistic religion. Judaism for instance has an older recorded monotheistic history. The first monotheistic religions (recorded) were found in the Arab world.
