Need some Advice for CR-1/IR-1 Visa

Thank God :D i was so stressed after her dad said he can't help us. looks like this I-864A is gonna work out .

No need to stress out, just follow the law and the instructions for the forms as needed along the entire process.

Well so far everything is according to what US state dept and NVC ask , and proceed with their approval , this joint sponsor thing was stressing me cause there was no one who was able to help , this legal contract thing we find save from the possible delay or denial in Visa which was very likely without Joint sponsor.

You need to ensure that you are not a charge on public funds, as specified under the law, that is all. I think the restriction is for five years (or may be three for CR-1).

yeah and once they both are under a obliged law (i-864A) for supporting me than there wouldn't be any issue, and I will be living with my in Laws for many months until i am able to afford a place of my own .

Sounds like a plan. As a conditional LPR, the marriage needs to last a minimum period, and to stay clear of educational grants and all types of local, state and federal voting, and no conviction that carries with it a sentence of 6 months or longer (usually felonies).

Ok guys i need some help regarding visa issue ..So my wife is Applied CR-1 visa for me , yesterday I got a response from NVC on their website CEAC ..I am mentioning the message below .

Case FE review note :

"(My wife name) does not appear to meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. To view the current poverty guidelines, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf. In order to avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor to assist in sponsoring the intending immigrants may be submitted. If joint sponsor is used to assist in sponsoring the intended immigrants, please note that a Form I-864EZ may not be used and a Form I-864 must be submitted, if it has not been already. "

I dont have anyone who can be a joint sponsor , Please can anyone tell me what i can do , and if someone else have the same issue ? ? and what to expect in interview ?

PS , My wife work in Walmart Deli , 40 hr per week for 11.50$ per hour wage . it does make enough annually which is above US poverty guidelines for 2018 in South Carolina .

in theory an unemployed person with some wealth can sponsor you as spouse
can you get a job with income above poverty level ?
