Need some Advice for CR-1/IR-1 Visa

A few options could be to get a better job, wait a few months and file a tax return, or have one of your wife's relatives to become a joint sponsor. A delay would be better than a denial.

well to be honest I can not delay cause my Wife is getting impatient , she is telling me if i don't come here soon she will come to Pakistan and that scare me a lot ..
her relatives are typical White Family from South , marrying a Brown Muslim was enough they can swallow, helping me is not an option and for what i know no one in her family is able to help me .

Her dad Ex-Army owns govt some money and he is not ready to do all that trouble for us ..
Her mom does not work
Her Brother is younger with no job
Her Aunts, both are non married living with Boyfriend's with no jobs
Her Grandparents , does not work and live on their own .

@Starlord if this is the case, then defintely get a lawyer ASAP and ask them to advice.

Dont worry about the consular officer, but yeah you need a financial sponsor.
It’s usually the stingiest thing to ask for from anyone.
Perhaps reaching out to someone in your social media might help?
It may be a little bruising for you to ask but with the current situations with uscis higher scrutiny you might need to sound a little desperate to folks- ask your wife to pitch in too.

The reason people are hesitant is because the clause with the sponsorship is that if you end up in any sort of financial distress they end up being asked to cover for you(or at least that is what I remember it was about).

You are right, people are hesitant when it comes to signing for joint sponsor , specially in US where laws are taken way to seriously no one wants to get into trouble, some of them can but they are just typical cheap Pakistani ..i am trying but so far no help ..

This is why i suggest getting a competent immigration lawyer involved. He will be able to look at the case and tell you exactly what the problem is, or arrange and appeal if it's being judged poorly.

Also is your wife financially responsible for anyone else? Is she living with her parents or has a place of her own? It might come into their calculation of how many people are in your "household".

she is living with her parents, but she has no dependent except me .. she even explain that in Form I-864 but What i think that NVC guys did a mistake in calculating the household size .. I asked her to called NVC tomorrow and explain our situation but i am Preparing for the worse , finding a joint sponsor , and getting a lawyer is expensive in US man, just for a session/Advice lawyers are asking 500$ :(

A tough situation indeed, but hopefully you will be able to find a way out.

Will do.

Please keep in mind that the present government is not exactly sympathetic to new immigrants and ICE has increasing backlogs in just about everything. I will advise you, if I may, not to put your life, singly or as a couple, on hold until you can figure out a solution.

yeah i understand bro, but so far what i have seen it my whole process is been processed without any delay , in fact its processing a little faster than others .. maybe its because my wife is American born (white girl)? second is that NVC is been very helpful , they email us that if we did any mistake they will help us .

The NVC will of course be helpful, and also be fair in following the stipulations as applicable under the law, no doubt about that.

@VCheng @Oscar @313ghazi Ok guys, so despite my Wife's income was not above the poverty line ,i still got a response from NVC , this is the email they sent me today, I am still working on a joint sponsor and I think i manage to convince my Brother in LAW to become my joint Sponsor which wasn't very easy ..

this is the email i got ..

Dear (My Name) ,

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in ISLAMABAD, PKST to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

Please do NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until you have received an immigrant visa from the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Please visit https://nvc.state.gov/interview for information about immigrant visa interviews.

So what i am thinking that I will still get the joint Sponsor, upload all the forms and required Documents on CEAC website like my Wife did, and also make copies of each Documents to carry with me to Islamabad to the interview, just in case they didn't check the CEAC i can provide them with all the Documents showing that I have my Wife as Primary sponsor and my brother in law as Joint sponsor , How's that sound ?

Sounds like a plan. A joint sponsor should do the trick. Good luck!
