Sure , now I am waiting for USA embassy in capital to schedule an interview and send me details for my medical .

beo just apply a b1 visa from here which usually they give u same day.(they gave us same day) travel to US there it will be hell alote easy and also ur stay will be for 6 months onec u jump in the pont u will learn swimming and also u can immediately apply for green card

Once someone applies for an immigration visa they cannot get a non-immigrant visa. You are just confusing @Starlord and giving him false hope. His problem is a temporary one and should be corrected with time.

You are right I can't apply for any other category visa , not even k-1 fiance visa .

@VCheng @Oscar @313ghazi Ok guys, so despite my Wife's income was not above the poverty line ,i still got a response from NVC , this is the email they sent me today, I am still working on a joint sponsor and I think i manage to convince my Brother in LAW to become my joint Sponsor which wasn't very easy ..

this is the email i got ..

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in ISLAMABAD, PKST to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

Please do NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until you have received an immigrant visa from the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Please visit https://nvc.state.gov/interview for information about immigrant visa interviews.

So what i am thinking that I will still get the joint Sponsor, upload all the forms and required Documents on CEAC website like my Wife did, and also make copies of each Documents to carry with me to Islamabad to the interview, just in case they didn't check the CEAC i can provide them with all the Documents showing that I have my Wife as Primary sponsor and my brother in law as Joint sponsor , How's that sound ?

That’s the procedure my friend used and it worked out just fine; maybe a little more delay due to them scrutinizing the tax returns of your brother in law.

Well he recently got graduated from high school and start his job so I don't think he is eligible to file tax return until end of this year , if I am not wrong tax return or W2 is filed by end of a year ?

W-2 forms are mailed out in January and taxes are filed by April 15 for the preceding year, unless one gets an extension.

So he doesn't need that, I guess his job letter and pay stub will do the job with form for joint sponsor affidavit..

But if I don't go for cr1 which other category I should apply visa for ?

Form 864 specifies the evidence needed for the joint sponsor, so you must follow that. And it is too late to consider other categories since your CR-1 application is already under due process.

bro , I called NVC just now and they said that my wife does not meet the income requirement because of the Tax deduction which makes her annual income around 17K $ which 4k$ short of the minimum poverty guidelines for SC 2018 .. and even my brother in law is making the similar amount and after tax deduction he wont be able to sponsor me as well , now i am back to where i started, they said that I can go to interview and they will ask me to bring a joint sponsor , or i can arrange joint sponsor before the interview

The NVC must follow the legal requirements fairly, as I said before. They have no discretion in such matters. You will have to arrange to clear this financial requirement before your case can be processed further.

Thank God i was so stressed after her dad said he can't help us. looks like this I-864A is gonna work out .
