Can someone here can tell me why i am not able to comments in some thread. i have joined this site 2-3 months back. I am able to post in many threads but in some thread like

i got this message

i am logged in and checked by posting in another thread and i was able to post., means account is active and not disabled.
( i come daily here but not active as posting or starting threads, i come here to read news only , total post by me is 4 only
