No, it will be part of Pakistan Navy but with significant importance and separate role to play in defence and offence.For that aim, marines are being upgraded in every dimensions.

Marine should have strength Upto 30000 personel with attack helicopters and transport helis light tanks and ifvs also mobile sam systems we dont need amphibious landing ships because we cant land our soldiers on other side of india that mission will be suicidal even if we do make a successful landing how we gona provide them with air cover and supply food fuel and amunition.
