it should be "Saad Rafeeq" Instead of horse... well the corruption takes roots in Pak- Railway & reason to collapse this Industry as follow which Start from Steel mill then go to texala & then finally reach in Railway Construction Company (RAILCOP).. all three Organization depends on each other.. They will just try to Privatize Pak-Railway as soon as Possible.. because big tycoons will get benefit from it.. Soon you will listen the news that Pak-Railway should be privatized. but they will never control on corruption
