ask your army or navy "who as more missiles ?" India has many times more then you have. Also plus with India is having Anti Missile Cover.
So if you launch missile on Indian Ship chances of hit is 4-5% whereas if India launched Missile chances of hit is 100% .
Plus India is 8 times bigger then you so you need 8 times more missiles then India need to finish Pakistan.
