Russia has to only worry about the critical technologies such as CPU/GPU, chip making, chip making equipment (lithography machine, etching tool), software (operating systems, application software), IT (high-end servers, routers, switches, data storage), medicines, high-end medical equipment, oil & gas exploration equipment.
Of all these technologies, Russia has China (IT and medical equipment) and India (medicines and medical equipment) which can provide many of them. The biggest problem will be in the software and semiconductor sectors. China is weak in these two areas.
Russia is self-sufficient in other critical technologies such as telecommunication, transportation (aircraft, rail, ship, automobile), agriculture (seed, machinery), mining & construction equipment, satellites (GLONASS), naval propulsion, aircraft engines, all military equipment.
You need markets, technology, energy, raw materials and agriculture to be self-sufficient as a country. Russia is self-sufficient in energy, raw materials, agriculture, and many critical technologies except a few. As for markets for Russian exports, they have China and India for that.
Russia will probably be banned from using the dollar and be cut off from the western financial system such as banks and insurance. They can set up direct trading with the Renminbi and Rupee and use their own currency.
