All these guys who are criticizing Mamata now have voted for Mamata and enabled her to come to power. NDA in past had no problem to ally with Mamata and Im sure they will not have any problem in future as well. In fact they stopped pursuing Sarada scandal after Mamata went soft on couple of bills.

Budhha Bhattacharya was a hundred times better than Mamata who will sell her mother to stay in power. Back in mid 2000, I was very hopeful of Bengal turning its fortune back with Budhha actively pursuing investment and improvement of law and order situation. But then these hayenas saw an opportunity to decimate the left in Bengal and in process brought back Jyoti Babu version 2. Well actually Jyoti babu was better than Mamata in that sense that he never pandered to Jamat.

are the FIRs for the arrest not available to see what the charges were? I'd suspect they were arrested for trespass.

It is fine for anyone to criticize another person or organization for the actions/inactions but to force your way into their property and do something against their will is not allowed.

Ofcourse when such right is abused, say the organization performs illegal acts inside their campus, then again private citizen can complain to the police but not try vigilante justice.

2nd: everybody throughs around terms like fascism - wth is that? Here is what Orwell said after much searching:

To say why would take too long, but basically it is because it is impossible to define Fascism satisfactorily without making admissions which neither the Fascists themselves, nor the Conservatives, nor Socialists of any colour, are willing to make. All one can do for the moment is to use the word with a certain amount of circumspection and not, as is usually done, degrade it to the level of a swearword.
