You insist on mocking us, is'nt?.... there is no single sardar of a tribe like balochs among pashtuns...we have malaks and khans, hundreds of them in a tribe, powerless but respectable. they have actually no influence or power over people.....laskars are formed by jirga, and the leader of laskar is selected after consensus......there are three types of jirag...1-maraka, to solve local issues of village 2- qaumi jirga, to solve issues on tribe's level 3- loya jirga, its on nation wide level.....
Malaks, mullah, politician, governament officers and any man of good reputation can be member of jirga.....dont confuse jirga with panchait
