PTI cannot be seen as someone shaking hands with PPP. This will negate IK stance for all those years and the opposition of PML N will have a field day exploiting it.

Senate elections didn't make any difference to PTI's support base, PTI have 5 years to undo any side effects but PTI needs support for legislation specially in Senate for at-least 3 years until next senate elections.
