If MM talks to China and India where required and negotiate a final solution, thats enough really. You will make these people more mad that BD gets ignored again and is simply the sponge to absorb the excess that is decided between the countries that matter. Remember that a number of them already had predicted by 2016 (last year) arakan would be invaded, MM defeated and arakan annexed to BD.

Verification has to be done by neutral body not by Rakhine/Burmese gangue. UN must involve including China and major powers. Also verification should meant for full citizenship not immigrant citizenship. Nobody will take the status of immigrant from the occupier.
What..!!!? Do u ever heard outsiders can decided one country's citizenships process..? They can be consultant but can't be main body. And as for me , China is ok. But how about UN..? You are correct in saying that BD needs to produce as much electricity as possible. However, our internal opposition by the India's boot polishers in BD makes it difficult to build many power stations. We may have to depend upon India for our partial supply. However, I do not think India will stop power supply if BD is in conflict with Myanmar. we can then stop transit through BD.
