There is no ruling in Islam in regards to use of DNA testing for criminal investigations. So what shall we do about it?If u understand certain things about islam then u should also understand to never make any thesis on such things without the confirmation of prophet saww or Allah's teachings , your claim that men are better choice for Allah has no any islamic background, please be careful about these .
Realities of this world continue to shift and bring new stuff to the fore, and [we] have to make sense of it.
I am surprised that nobody told you that women are exempt from the responsibility of offering prayers and fasting during their menstruation periods. I thought that this was common knowledge.
I am not acting like a hardcore Mullah - I am simply pointing out the obvious. If you take it in pretext of imamat then during menstrual cycle of one woman another would be obliged to fulfill the responsibility of imamat if it was allowed in islam for women as it's is for men
Menstrual cycle is never the problem of everything related to islam . Please don't act like hardcore mullahs .
It seems you are lacking in knowledge of these matters. So heed my advice.
Please stop looking at things through the (FEMINIST) lens of so-called "repression."Well mate , I accept what Allah has ordered and commanded .. now its the duty of muslims to not exaggerate this issue and to not start repressing the women of this ummah when ever they start speaking about their rights .
Point is simple. Men represent a better choice for managing the affairs of a Masjid and in leading prayers because they do not face the constraints of "menstruation periods."
I repeat: cleanliness is a "prerequisite" for offering prayers in Islam. Men have to shave and/or take bath and/or do wuzoo due to this factor.
Women become impure [for religious duties and even relations] during their "menstruation periods."
