Yes, if you take a pciture in a public place which is not meant to capture the photo of an individual/individuals then it is absolutely fine, but that person said: in a democracy. I can actually take pictures of whomever I please.
On the other hand, that woman with hijab shouldnt have made a drama out of it, just ignore it, what is the harm.
I don't know why this woman made such a song and a dance over this and bringing in religion.
Go to Malaysia or Indonesia, which are Muslim countries, and there is no one raising Cain if you take photographs.
All drama to draw attention to oneself!
The Pakistani Foreign Minister, Ms Hina, was a photo oped in India and she was delighted. In fact, that is all that was done during the meeting since nothing substantive emerged!
And I am sure Ms Hina is a prettier woman than the one who raised this shindig!
