It's not frequent occurrence in Pakistan, Whenever it happened whole country condemned the act.

I will remind you of Mashal Khan's lynching in Pakistan two years ago. Yes, some of the identified criminals in that case were punished, one even with death penalty, but I am only pointing out that mob activity is also present in Pakistan and that Pakistan is no gentle, socialist society on the whole.
