KARACHI - Former president and All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Chairman General (R) Pervez Musharraf would deliver key-note speech on Uniting South Asia: The Way Forward at HT Leadership Summit 2012 today (Saturday) in India.
The summit is being attended by international leaders, think tanks, policy-makers, law-makers, intellectuals and students of politics. According to a statement issued by central information secretariat of APML, this international conference organized by Hindustan Times, was continued since November 16, inaugurated by Thailands former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatira.
The schedule of summits second day mentioned that following the key-note speech of APML chief Pervez Musharraf, Kapil Sibal, Indian minister for communication and information technology, Professor Sunil Kumar, Dean University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, AkhileshYadav, Chief Minister for Uttar Pardesh, Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister of Indian Punjab and others would discuss the various issues mentioned in schedule of the summit. The international political experts are seeing this conference with important eye, terming it the solution-making event. This international event would give the road-map for the peaceful and developing South-Asia.
