Musharaf is severely ill may die soon

The u.s wanted her for her alleged role in Terror activities backed by the u.n resolution post 9/11

And General Musharraf obliged USA in this regard, like so many other situations.

Was that enough justification to grab a citizen off the streets of Karachi without any due process?
Ask that to the u.n and the yankees . We were only complying with the instructions of the u.n backed civilized world.

The UN and Yankees have nothing to do with how persons go missing without due process in Pakistan. You really should read what UNO says in this regard and what the Supreme Court has tried to do and failed. General Musharraf was not the only one engaging in this shameful practice. Blaming others here is dishonest.

OBL was given the due process of the war that he initiated.

(Nice whataboutery BTW. :D )

No. Dr. Asia's apprehension in Karachi and handing over to Americans was a violation of law done on General Musharraf's orders, and hence directly relevant to this thread.

Which law?

Btw the Pakistani parliament subsequently ratified any and all actions done during the LFO period!

Excellent. So Musharraf is absolved of all high crimes by that rubber stamp. Wonderful. If only that would suffice.

You are entitled to your opinion but It was an elected parliament. As no Pakistan constitutional forum declared it rubber stamped afterwards.

As I said, if only such steps would suffice to establish the rule of law in Pakistan, but, sadly, it does not. The nation pays the price.

RIP in advance, commando.

You had a chance to make Pakistan secular and a great country but you failed miserably.

Thanks for nothing.

Again it's your opinion. The Pakistani judicial system is doing pretty fine as per many internationally conducted surveys
