Mughal influence in India and Indian history

Maybe you were raped when you were a child. That is why this talk excites you so much. You should consult a psychiatrist instead of posting lies on the internet. Ask your ancestors, they were the ones "giving service" to Mughals. They should know how to cope with the butt hurt.

Look who is talking, Mr. Butthurt himself. Do you see Rajputs in your nightmares ? :P

Only in your imagination.

You seem to have plenty of that. No knowledge.

You can sit and cry about the glorious history of rajputs when in reality rajput history was spent in mughal harems under the weight of a mughal prince.

1200 years of Rajput history vs 180 years of mughal history ? I think not.

The rajputs did ghulami from 700 AD to 1947 AD before being ultimately crushed by Indira Gandhi government and the former rjput royal families were seen begging on the streets.

LOL. Back to shouting IMPOTENT abuses  .......... that is how I know you LOST. Like the Mughals.

King of Nepal is rajput, perhaps Barak Obama is also rajput? Was Alexander also a rajput?

Why do you think the king of Nepal is called "Rana" ? ........... ALL Ruling dynasties of Nepal were Rajputs staring with the Rajput Thakuri dynastic from 700 AD :P

The Gurkhas would cry in shame if they get to know they were compared with the cowardly rajputs.

LOL. Are you sure ? That is what happens when Morons pretend to know history. The first Gorkha king Prithvi Narayan Shah was a Rajput too.

The rajputs ruled for 1200 years thats why the rajput women committed jauhar and rajput princes attended Mughal court.

You are a fcuking troll who is not even remotely related to reality. So don't spam here again.

They were independent kingdoms under Mughal rule. Similar to Rajput kingdoms under British rule or under Maratha Rule.

We can see who the troll really is. :P

Jauhar started to escape Mughal slavery and rape. That did not end the Rajput rule. That courage only strengthened it.

@Indian Patriot

Sir please answer my question; if Rajputs were such cowards then why did Shivaji consider himself their najaiz?

Shivaji never begged for rajput recognition, that is a myth. On Shivaji's coronation he had requested a north Indian priest and rajput attendance. Rajput refused on both counts because they considered Shivaji as a low-caste.

Shivaji was a Bhosale, a maratha and he had no links with rajputs.

He bribed Brahmins to link his descent to the house of Mewar. He was a shudra originally.

The Sikhs did defend Hindu religion and many of them died defending Hindu religion so I cannot deny their bravery.

Yes the Marathas ruled north India but they did not take an active pledge to help Hindu religion. In fact the Marathas dominated the jats and rajputs.

They are the patrons of Hindu religion, Every one in those days fought with religious motives to galvanize masses.

His Mother was a Yadava queen from devagiri, His fathers lineage is not clear. People often claim noble decent so that people accept their legitimacy of rule.

Timur, babur also did the same.

The Marathas ARE Hindu. Did you miss that part?

As I said, coming from a warrior line, I will be the last one to put down another warrior clan. But it does hurt when fellow Indians' grasp of history limits us and the battle achievements of our fallen to Deccan India alone.

The marathas did NOT need Sikh protection like the rajput Hindus did. India in the 1700-1800 was different from India in 2015.

That time for Marathas the Sikh empire was as foreign as France is for India and vice-versa. The Marathas and Sikhs did not look at each other like fellow Indians.

The Sikh religion is a typical north Indian faith and its philosophy was shaped by what the people there saw and endured. Why can't you understand that simple fact?

The Sikhs promised protection to rajputs on the condition that rajput households would sacrifice their first male child to the Sikh faith. That is how the sikh rajputs came into existence.

Yes the marathas are brave and they were powerful. But we are talking in a specific context.

Shivaji started his fight for the protection of Hinduism. His becoming king was secondary and incidental.

Are Yadavs of foreign ancestry or aboriginal descent? And are they warriors?

Not everyone. The rajputs, marathas, jats were fighting each other and all were Hindu. What will they tell their population, "we worship Vishnu they worship Shiva. Maaro saalo ko!!!"

Religion played a factor for the muslims, marathas and the Sikhs. Even the marathas later had internal conflicts out of political greed. It is ultimately all politics with religion used as a cover.

Rubbish.

Marathas were very clear about protecting Hinduism. The Peshwa's were all Brahmins.

Sikhs were just another cult of Hinduism. ....... it was not a seperate religion.

When they fought Mughals Marathas used religion !

Yadavs are a mixed breed, They have their kingdoms.

That's what I said, Marathas used Hindu nationalism to unite in their fight against mughals. But the marathas also fought the rajputs and showed them no mercy.

Religion is used as a motivation but ultimately everything is politics.

Rajputs after the fall of Delhi in 12 century were constrained to deserts of Rajasthan, It was Marathas who had the ambition to united all India. They might have fought Rajputs with this motive.

The marathas fought rajputs for 27 years in the battle of deccan. In their fight for north India the marathas not only fought rajputs but also the Hindu jats.

By that time the Mughal empire was confined to the red fort.
