Yes no doubt about that,But he wasn't only that.He also built the greatest land empire from scratch,remember it was mongol organization that conquered the world not numbers.His total army on ALL fronts taking the whole fighting pop of mongolia was around 130,000.Compared to the empires he faced who could muster 400,000-500000 men each.[Khwarezm,china]
Some other things was he practiced total religious freedom,united and cared for the mongolian people,Also abolished most of the class nobility of the mongols and opened up promotion to talent.One curious thing is that unlike timur who killed for joy,genghis only slaughtered cities that resisted him.This has to do with the mongol understanding that they didn't have manpower to garrison them,thus used terror instead.

Facial and physical features are due to nature. From North India (now Afghanistan, china, Tibbet) to New world (Now America) ppl have feature which you call mogolian feature. Its due to 1000 years of transformation of human race... Not due to some crazy Khan raped them all...
