Karachi economy was destroyed by Raw using sectarian insults and killings, Peshawar area has some questionable individuals that incite hatred against the state and the armed forces they are not only busy on ground but online to.

My personal observation is that this movement has extraordinary social media clout considering it's origin from ex-FATA, a region with perhaps one of lowest HDI on the planet.

I'm not that typical conspiracy theory believer, but in this case it is pretty evident that there is some foreign backing, especially online. ISPR should have proceeded on those 'foreign' links they mentioned, as leaving such matters in hanging will further damage their credibility in such debates.
