Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy - He gave full support to Jinnah's Direct Action day call and declared holiday on Direct action day which resulted in giving free time for the ones involved in massacre. He even justified the rapes of Hindu women that happened during Direct Action day. Are you sure you are proud of him?

Shyama Prasad Mukherjee - He founded Bharatiya Jana Sangh with the support of RSS. I think most of the seculars abuse RSS and BJP alike, so my question to you is how do you see him? As a Hindu extremist chaddiwala or a nationalist freedom fighter.

So? RSS is not an elected body, they have zero authority. And you know what happens when an elected PM dilutes his authority and allows third parties to share power & authority and interfere in the governance without any public accountability, are you sure Modi wants to become a Singh? He has to face election again.

In any case, the present government doesn't have enough numbers in both the houses to amend constitution.

I am a bengali and I dont have to post argument to validate mine or any bengali's nationalism.
What these leaders may or may not done politically is not to my knowledge...
If any one starts selectively targeting certain demographics to malign their nationalism, I will take offense to that and rate report and ensure bans on them,,,

India is a fake secular state. Show me a secular state which formulates laws based on religion. The constitution was tweaked based on "Jiski lathi uski bhains" logic.. I hope that clarifies things for you..
