Pakistan certainly punches below it's weight. It is the only nuclear armed country that gets bullied not just by world powers but by regional countries and their proxies. It's elite has captured all it's resources and are themselves compromised due to their criminality and willingness to do the bidding of foreign powers.

Whatever your personal views above, the question in this thread is whether Pakistan's foreign policy is more effective in serving its national interests than what its size would lead one to believe (the concept of punching above one's weight).

Unfortunately what most Pakistanis including a lot of posters here on PDF don't understand is that indians don't and CAN NEVER accept the existence of Pakistan and Pakistanis.
