Its a good ploy by Modi to make sure they are always barking and protesting instead of actually improving their lot in life.

It helps to sieve and churn the society in Pakistan and Pakistan diaspora quite well....instilling butthurt is a great tool of politics that Modi seems to have really caught on to.

Now he will be back soon and focus on Indian economy (GST, car scrapping bill, electric expansion, DFC, NEP, logistics, clean india, further e-bidding and auctioning and infra improvement) while Pakistanis prepare their countless effigies among butthurt masses and dossiers among butthurt elite on what was last weeks, last months and last years news for a good long time....and wonder why they grow less than 5% even with solitary "CPEC".

Its this time and expense ratio that is well factored in by Modi.
