LOL, India had only signed LEMOA WHICH is an extraction of LSA and according to which, both the nations could use each other bases (Each other on the equal basis) and that too case to case basis.

Guess, how U.S is using the Pakistani bases for drones like Shamsi Airbase and planes -- because Pakistan is a signatory to LSA, BECA and CISMOA, guess how US was operating its Cobras and F-16 from Pakistan.
